A primerless self-adhered, self-sealing flashing membrane consisting of a polyester fabric facing and high-performance butyl adhesive, providing waterproofing protection, excellent adhesion, low-temperature application properties, and high-temperature stability. It is designed to provide continuous air/water-resistive barrier transitions at rough openings, penetrations, joints, and other critical wall assembly interfaces.

Uses

• Treat sheathing joints, penetrations, static or dynamic wall joints and transitions between dissimilar materials. 

• Flash window, door and other rough openings and seal transitions between flanges and wall sheathing. 

• Provide transitions to above-grade foundation waterproofing, roof membranes, and other wall assembly interfaces for air/weather barrier continuity.
